QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICY OF “NAU” LTD
By improving the quality of the company's management and service delivery processes, in order to ensure successful and purposeful development of the company, stable and competitive position in the market, we seek to: - to carry out its activities in accordance with the legal acts regulating the branch of the Republic of Lithuania and other requirements that the organization undertakes to comply with the requirements of the standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, BS OHSAS 18001: 2007;
- continuously improve the efficiency of the management system, taking into account performance, customer, partner, employee feedback;
- continuously improve ongoing relationships with its partners and suppliers;
- promote the upskilling of workers;
- innovate and seek solutions to improve the quality of service;
- guaranteeing safe and healthy working conditions for employees, helping the employee to realize his / her own responsibility in protecting his / her own and those around him / her;
- implement preventive measures for workers' injuries or illness, so that risk management is proactive rather than consequential;
- comply with legal requirements of the Republic of Lithuania on environmental protection and occupational safety and health;
- continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system in terms of performance, employee suggestions, customer and partner feedback.
